Returns & Exchanges
We always do quality control before shipping any products to you. However sometimes items may be damaged during transit. If you receive a defective/damaged item, please contact us with a photo and details of the defect within 14 days of the original shipping date.
Once we receive the photo, we will inform you within 1-3 business days if we are able to provide a refund or product replacement. If we provide a refund or product replacement, we will do so using the original method of payment.
